Packing a high-end ride can be a bit of a science. Fortunately, it’s a science we’ve perfected. Our professional in-house packing will probably be the best packing job you’ve ever seen. And we mean that seriously. It’s one of our most common compliments. We just want to ensure that the bike you see in the pictures, is exactly how you receive it. So a great pack starts here in-house, and then ships via UPS, insured, of course. With in-house handling, we usually have bikes at the door by the next day, meaning you can get your new ride in 2-6 days, depending on how far across the country it’s traveling.

Every single one of our rides is here locally, in our shop, ready to ride. They’ve gone through extensive inspection and service to be ready to ride. Bearings smooth, brakes tight, shifting adjusted, drivetrain lubed, deep cleaned, and carbon inspected are just part of our checklist for each and every ride. So when your new ride gets to you, you can expect to remove the packing materials and install the front wheel, handlebars, and seat post. Keep in mind, a torque wrench is suggested for installing carbon parts. After that, your bike should be ready to ride. And, we always put our direct phone number right on the box so that we can be available for any install questions.

Just like you, we’re shopping for our next bike. Every day, we’re scouring the country, and even internationally, to find the highest-end rides, at the best values. By doing so, we get to hand-pick what we work with, so we get to stray away from heavily used or abused bikes, and stick to what we feel good to pass on to our customers. Once they’re shipped in, we do a full install and inspection, followed by a service, tune, and final approval, before we photograph and list each individual ride.

We realize that shopping for a new ride online can have drawbacks, and we’re here to make that process easier. Ultimately, we’re here to get you on the right ride for you or take it back. Carbon integrity is a common concern, so we back that with our carbon guarantee. Sizing can be another question. So we’re here to offer our professional opinion before the sale and stand behind that with our return policy afterward. Sometimes it can come down to rider preference too, and we can either get you set up on a different ride or take it back.

We stand behind our rides. If your new bike is delivered and there’s an issue that’s our mistake, we promise to make it right. A listing error such as parts or size, or damaged carbon would be on us. We promise to take a completely free return or make it right to another acceptable standard. We just ask that you get it packed up safely.

We still accept other returns for 30 days from delivery, for any reason. So if it’s rider preference, fit, feel, mistaken purchase, a gift that wasn’t quite perfect, etc, we will still take it back for a full refund, minus a 10% re-stock fee, and ask the buyer to pay for return shipping.

Of course, we must ask that all bikes be returned in the same condition they were received in.
