We stand behind our rides. If your new bike is delivered and there’s an issue that’s our mistake, we promise to make it right. A listing error such as parts or size, or damaged carbon would be on us.
We promise to take a completely free return or make it right to another acceptable standard. We just ask that you get it packed up safely.
We still accept other returns for 30 days from delivery, for any reason. So if it’s rider preference, fit, feel, mistaken purchase, a gift that wasn’t quite perfect, etc, we will still take it back for a full refund, minus a 10% re-stock fee and ask the buyer to pay for return shipping.
Of course, we must ask that all bikes be returned in the same condition they were received in.
